Do you combine shipping?
Yes we do combine shipping. We only charge exact shipping. If you are charged more than it costs for us to ship, we will issue you a refund on the overage charge.
Am I able to return my product if I am not satisfied?
We gladly accept returns & exchanges. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Item must be returned in its original condition or the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you offer wholesale?
At this time we do not offer wholesale. This is something that we may consider in the future.
Am I able to request a custom order?
Yes, we do take custom order requests. Some requests may be made on the item itself or you may contact us with your special request
Do you offer gift wrapping or can you add a special note?
